Castro de Borneiro, Spain
Castro Borneiro is an archaeological site in Galicia and an example of the Castro culture of the late Bronze Age . It has undergone several excavation and reform to enable visits. It was the first Galician castro to be scientifically dated to the method of carbon-14 . It was inhabited between centuries IV and I a. C. , without having seen signs of Romanization.
This is a lovely site very close to the Dolmen Dombate. Its free to enter and well worth a visit.
