Avebury Spring Equinox Gathering - March 2009

 

There is a small gathering of people that collect at Avebury for the Spring Equinox. We parked up by the avenue for a change as on the Solstice the police put cones on the small laybys along there. There was some Pagan ceremonies going on at the stones and people walking round and chilling out. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere and it was nice to be there without the high police presence you get on the Summer Solstice.
